GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

World Book Day at MPS

World Book Day at MPS - Thursday 7 March 2024

As has become tradition at MPS, our staff did not fail to impress on Thursday when they dressed up for the students on World Book Day.  The day also saw an Open Morning tour for prospective new students and their parents, led by Mrs Cole who was dressed as a crocodile.   They were very impressed at the lengths staff had gone to in order to delight our students.  


At MPS our motto is ‘Igniting a passion for learning’ and this starts with reading.  We hope that our students will be inspired by the various characters they have seen today as we remain committed to fostering a love for literature and ensuring all our students recognise the benefits and beauty that reading brings to their lives.
