GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Surrey Schools' Cross Country Championships

Four students from MPS qualified to represent South Surrey in the Surrey School’s Cross Country Championships which took place on Saturday, 20 January 2024 in Priory Park, Reigate. 

Congratulations to Leila who came 79th / 102 runners.

Max and Kai had really good races too and came in 76th and 25th respectively. 

Finn was on a mission for not only a County Schools squad place but also an English County Schools squad place. This meant he had to finish top 10....The first 6 automatically qualify and 7th 8th 9th and 10th are watched at the Schools County Race on 3 February 2024.

He came in a very impressive 10th, securing a County Spot and onto the next race at Ardingly.  He also secured a reserve place for the English squad.  Huge congratulations to Finn.  We wish you lots of luck on the 3 February.
