Parents praise Merstham Park

Parents have every confidence our school will continue delivering an excellent standard of education during our stay in temporary accommodation and have contacted us to share their views.

“The most important thing is that the children’s welfare and education remains the priority, Whilst they may be in temporary accommodation, this is not being compromised,” said Mandy Beechey.

“I have full confidence in the staff at the school to continue delivering the excellent standard of education and communication we have seen so far.”

The recently announced delay to our building programme is disappointing, but we have created a thriving school and will continue to grow and deliver the very best education for our students. Our parents are a key part of the Merstham Park School family and we appreciate their support.

Gemma Brauer-Jones visited three different schools for her daughter and is extremely happy with her choice of our school.

“The classrooms and facilities are of a high standard, brand new and well equipped,” she says.

“I don’t feel that the delay in moving into the main building has, or will have, a detrimental effect to my child’s learning or wellbeing."

“She has taken part in various sports and how many schools provide their pupils with the opportunity to play Quidditch on World Book Day?"

“The classrooms are utilised to their full potential and I am confident and I trust that the school are doing what they can in regards to moving things forward,” she added.

Another parent, Emma Hunt, told us how well her child is doing at our school.

“I don’t feel that the building delay is going to change this in any way. I am confident that the school will continue to deliver the high standard of learning that my daughter has received within class and  through the vast extra curricular activities on offer.”
